This page explains what Chamada Sports Club receives through chamadasportsclub.com and how that information is protected. The club does not sell it and does not use it to build advertising profiles.
01Who is responsible

02What we receive
The contact form asks for your name, email, phone, subject, and message. Phone is optional.
Membership and spa enquiries can continue on WhatsApp at +90 545 206 08 30 if you choose that route. That conversation is covered by WhatsApp’s own terms.
The public site does not create a member account, and it does not build an advertising profile of your visit.
03Why it is used
Messages are used to answer you, arrange a visit or membership conversation, and meet the club’s legal duties.
They are not added to a marketing list unless you ask us to contact you for that purpose.
04Who else sees it
A form message is delivered to the club’s email so we can reply. It is not sold and it is not passed to advertising networks.
If you open WhatsApp, your message goes to that service. Information may also be shared with a public authority when the law requires it.
05How long it is kept
Correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to complete your request and for any period the law requires. After that it is deleted or reduced so that it no longer identifies you.
06Your requests
To ask what we hold, to correct it, or to request deletion where the law allows, write to [email protected]. Include enough detail to confirm who you are and what you are asking.
We reply within the period set by applicable law, using the same channel when we can.
